Rumours persist that Jules James the parliamentarian, is still very much in charge at Pelican. Employees at Pelican, maintain that he is still working there, although he is remaining low-keyed. Maybe someone in parliament, even Jules James, can let us know if this conflict between his business life, and his political life, still exist.
