By the way, we started today with the constitutional presentations to all
government workers, federal and island. This is being done per sector.
Today was the sector of Finance. Did you notice in the media today that
the NA is “taking the constitution to the people”? I think some teachers
are trying to upstage Claire (again). She, on the 15th gave government a
week to respond. But they reacted differently.
Stay well and “out of trouble”.

Subject: Fwd: SMHDF
I have tried to call you early this moring, just to brief you on the meeting
yesterday regarding our discussion last friday.
The board could not make a final decision since quite some homework need to
be done before a conclusion can be made.
However the interest is there to explore once again avenues how SMHDF can
accommodate your request in selling the duplexes taken in consideration in
substantially improving the assets of SMHDF by the government. The director
has been instructed to prepare a document reflecting the impact of these sales
and consideration of conditions to be set for other properties ( Foga, Hope Estate
Belvedere and others) as well conditions of sales of the duplex itself.
I will keep you informed.
Unfortunately the meeting with RUAN and the director concerning the Belvedere land
was cancelled yesterday.
