ATTN MR.SALT,
JUST LIKE YOURSELF, I CANT SELL ANYONE ELSE LAND WITHOUT AN ACCESROAD. THE LADY(A BUYER) CAN USE THE ROAD AS AN ACCESROAD, IF THERE IS NO OTHER ACCES TO HER PLOT, AND IF THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE ACCES TO HER LAND, THEN YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO BUY THE PLOT WHICH THEN BECOMES YOUR PERSONAL ACCES. I HAVE NEVER “GIVEN” NOR SOLD YOU THAT ACCESPLOT.
MR.SALT, I DONT “GIVE” LAND TO BUYERS.
THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION.

Subject: Driveway.
To: julianrollocks@hotmail.comJulian,I have spoken to the lady that is proposing to purchase the land next to me, which is the same portion that my driveway is on.The lady exclaimed that she had been told that she can also use my driveway as her driveway, therefore no having to build her own.I am assuming that you have told Mr. Zimmerman at the housing development that you have given me the driveway?I need clarification on this as I would like to improve the driveway, but if someone else is also to own part of it then we shall have to contribute together.I would obviously like the entire driveway to myself, mainly as I run my business from my home & have trucks delivering & picking up items quite often. If I have to sign some paperwork that states the agreement between you & myself re the driveway then let it be so, at your convienience. Thanks & regards,Tim Salt
