Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Currently we have not heard yet back from our clients. But I believe they were travelling as well. One of the persons involved went to Curacao. Therefore we are hoping to hear back from them in the coming week and will advise you accordingly.

-ISSUING OF THE COMMERCIAL BANKING LICENSE CAN TAKE ONE TO THREE MONTHS, DEPENDING ON THE BACKGROUND SEARCH. THERE MUST BE A BACKGROUND SEARCH DONE ON THE PERSON(S) IN WHOSE NAME THE SHARES WILL BE TRANSFERED.
-IF THE AMMENDMENT IS DENIED, ANOTHER PERSON’ s NAME WILL HAVE TO BE PUT FORWARD. ONCE THE PERSON(s) ARE FOUND TO HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND, THE LICENSE WILL BE ISSUED, AFTER THE FLS5.000.000,- IS DEPOSITED.
-IF IT IS COMPLETELY DENIED(WHICH I DOUBT), THE LICENSE WILL HAVE TO BE USED AS IS.
THIS IS WHY I RECOMMEND: START WITH THIS LICENSE, BUILD A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CENTRAL BANK, AFTER WHICH YOU CAN REQUEST THE OTHER LICENSE.
-IF IT WILL MAKE THE CLIENT MORE COMFORTABLE, WE CAN PROBABLY ARRANGE THAT 30% OF PURCHASE PRICE BE PUT IN A INTREST BEARING ACCOUNT UNTILL THE COMMERCIAL LICENSE IS ISSUED,THEN THE TO BE RELEASED.
