Hello Hiro,
have not been able yet to get around to your requests re visit in May,
Had been busy handling this matter.
Lots of time but in this by S4 because Education Department not doing its job.
Will be proposing that the priority list in future is made up together with personnel and economic department. Too many students studying the same thing and the country needs so many other professions.
Will be leaving to USA for second opinion this week, but will handle your emails re visit and meeting with (ex) students before I leave.
