i just opened this mail after suggesting a pre electionday meeting with the entire membership where tasks etc. will be distributed. if its saterday, i will be there.

Folks:

Roy and I are on the road to the airport right now to pick up the shipment of posters that did come in. a second shipment got bumped off the flight in Sto. Domingo. We are trying to get confirmation on what flight they will finally show up.  We will have a meeting with all to go over Election day arrangements. We can tell you from now that each candidate should try to have at least two supporters at each of the polling stations (16 INCLUDING THE PRISON where you do not have to have anybody). We will be working out food, water and other logistics in time to be able to inform you of these arrangements at the abovementioned meeting.  How is everyone at 10 AM to meet on Saturday Jan 16^th? This would be at NAPA Cole Bay and everyone copied is asked to be there.
