Dear Mr. Rollocks:
We hereby bring the following to your attention:
The Belvedere Border Point Monument has been duly leased by the Island Government of St. Maarten to The Talking Drums Foundation and as such only said Foundation is authorized to transact business with Tenants.
The way matters have been dealt with to date, are not in keeping with the goals and objectives of The Talking Drums Foundation.
We therefore emphasize that any engagements you may have under taken with tenants at said location are hereby considered null and void.
Your correspondence dated October 22, 2009 outlining certain agreements with Mr. Cimmaron Marlin on revenue sharing is in severe conflict with the articles of incorporation of all foundations as far as it pertains to Antillean Law.
You are therefore requested to refrain from collecting any further rents from the Tenants at the Belvedere Border Point Monument.
Finally we would also appreciate your providing us with an up to date summary of all rents collected from tenants from inception up to and including November 25, 2009.
We thank you for your kind cooperation.
