Dear Julian,
Just a brief note to let you know that the Commissioner Wescott had contacted Herman George, and it seems that he may have a fund to help in the sales of duplexes.
I have spoken with Herman George a few minutes ago, and he wanted to study the document that I made, and he will revert to me after the weekend with some ideas.
Also I have spoken with Daniel Hodge (director of the Post Savings Bank) and he showed some interest, if Reda Sosial can get involved.
I tried to call Sarah to let her know that things are moving, but I don’t have her phone. Neither do I have her e-mail address. So, you can give her the message, when you see her.
